Tender to Our Builder Network
Same Specs, Fair Bids
Your package is sent to up to three vetted builders in our network. Because each tender uses the exact same plans and scope, comparisons are clear and pricing is consistent.
Step 03:
Select Your Builder & Contract
Guided Decision, Clear Contract
We assess tenders and make recommendations—you choose the builder. HomeChoice acts as head builder, engaging the selected builder as a subcontractor for continual oversight, risk management, and milestone control. (Optional support via HC Finance for pre-approval and progress payments.)
Step 04:
Manufacture & Site Works
Faster Modular Delivery
While site works and approvals run, your prefabricated modules are scheduled for manufacture and delivery from our supply network/warehousing. This parallel workflow is how we target 4–6 months to completion after approval. You receive weekly concierge updates.
Step 05:
Track, Inspect & Handover
Transparent Progress, On-Time Handover
Use our secure portal to view progress, tasks, and payment milestones. We manage quality checks, practical completion, and final inspections. You receive keys, documentation, and warranties, plus after-care support.
